The Subscription

How does the subscription work?

Once you buy a subscription, you will get 1 or 2 puzzle sets (depending on the plan) delivered to you every month. Our team will call and assess which puzzles would be sent.

Can I pause my subscription in between?

Yes, you can pause your subscription in between, only if you have the 6 or 12 month plans. Pausing is allowed once and for a maximum of 60 days.

Which puzzles will I get?

We will assess your child’s puzzling growth and allocate puzzles accordingly. We have a collection of jigsaw puzzles for different age groups and are adding new puzzles every month.

Can I specify a particular puzzle I want?

Yes, simply call us on 9990543336 and we will add that puzzle to your new delivery.

Why should I subscribe for The Puzzle Co’s puzzles?

Our puzzles have been designed to tell a story which will engage and entertain all children. All the puzzles are made in non-toxic colors and with the best material. We are BIS certified and follow all norms laid out for toys and games.

How do you sanitize the puzzles?

Once opened, each puzzle is run through our cleaning system that uses fans and a sanitizing liquid to remove contaminates and sanitize everything.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You need to simply call us on 9990543336 or whatsapp us and we will do the needful right away. Its as simple as that.

What if we break/lose a piece of the puzzle?

The price of that puzzle will get deducted from your security deposit. The subscription will still go on.

Shipping

When do I get my puzzles?

You get your delivery every 30 days, starting from the day you buy the subscription.

How do I track my delivery?
